Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns
You can return your Bleacher Buddie within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is in unused, undamaged condition with the original tags attached. To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@bleacherbuddie.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
We strive for excellence, but if you receive a Bleacher Buddie that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We will gladly replace it at no cost to you or offer a full refund.
